{ Subhana ka-Allah humma
(You are Glorified, O Allah!)
wabi hamdika
(and Praised! )
watabara kasmuka
(Your Name is Blessed!)
wata’ala jad-duka
(Your Majesty is Exalted! )
wala ilaha ghairuk”
(and none has the right to be worshipped but You!) }

 Do we remember Allah as we should I know I don’t .  In fact we should remember him all the time whilst we are sitting Laying down and standing.  Allah (swt) tells us in a qudsi hadith.

 

Allah’s Messenger (sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) said:
Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, thus stated: I am near to the thought of My servant as he thinks about Me, and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My Heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his (remembrance) , and if he draws near Me by the span of a palm, I draw near him by the cubit, and if he draws near Me by the cubit I draw near him by the space (covered by) two hands. And if he walks towards Me, I rush towards him. [Sahih Muslim] .

The first thing that we hear when we are born is the call to the prayer .  I f we go through our daily lives without remebering  Allah we are being ungrateful for all the blessings he has given us every day of our lives.

Allah is with us all through our days and we have Angels recording all our deeds and prayers.  So let them record our good deeds  and not the bad deeds that we do heedlessly or with intention.

“He who turns away from the remembrance of Rahman (Allah, the Compassionate) ,
We assign a Satan (Shaytan) for him, who becomes his intimate companion – and
turns such people away from the Right Path, while they think that they are guided aright.”
[az-Zukhruf - 43:36-37] 

When we come to the prayer we should do our utmost to concentrate and worship him as he deserves to be worshipped which is the hardest thing to do .  As shaytaan comes and distracts us from our Salat and remembering Allah (swt).   

Allah tells us  to remember him 

         Allah said: “… worship Me and establish Salah for My remembrance.” [Ta-ha, 20:14].

One of the beauties of Islam is the Quran It speaks out to you .  The first verse of the  Quran that was revealed was “read In the name of your Lord who created you out of a clot of blood .  Well the actual description in the Quran the Word alaq means to hang like.  It was not till this century that they Discovered the fetus actually hangs like a coat hanger in the womb and that it was created by a clot of blood.

The Quran has great beauty in it . It tells us how the mountains stabilise the earth ,  It also tells us the about the rotation of the sun and the moon.  It tells us also how fresh river  and salt water of the sea has a barrier between them .

The Quran speaks to every person  in all places and in all times ,  Even if you dont understand the quran when you hear it being recited it draws you to it.

The Quran is like no other book of religion . It flows it  speaks of many things .  Not one word of it has been changed in the  orginal language .It challenges those who disblieve to bring ten verses like it , to this day no has managed to do this.

Well have you ever counted your blessings or you dont think of them as blessings . Just think that you wake up in the morning and you have running water and a toilet, people in Africa and Asia dont.  Your Kids go off to school aftr having a large breakfast .  many Kids in the world dont go to school and lots of them are Hungry. 

You go out Shopping for Luxuries many people can not even afford the basics in life like clean water.

Just imagine That we never thank God for any of our blessings even for the weather and he still sends us his blessings.

Should we not thank God for everything we have .  We never do .  Can you imagine what life would be like if their was no God . Their would be no life , no universe no you or me.
